Emory Hilton

Emory Hilton was born in 1839 and, at age 22, enlisted in Company K, 28th NY, as a Private. He served with the 28th New York for the two year duration of his service and was mustered out on June 2nd 1863. He died on November 6th 1890.

Mr. Hilton is buried at the Bath National Cemetery attached to the Veterans Hospital in Bath, Steuben County, NY.

His marker stone is located at Section C, Row 14, Site 2 and reads:

EMORY HILTON Co. K. 28th N.Y.Inf
